Work-based learning sector ready for challenge

Lord Rowlands, the president of the National Training Federation Wales, (the representative body for organisations or individuals involved in the training industry in Wales) gives his opinion on the recent Estyn annual review.

The review highlighted a dramatic drop in the number of providers of work based learning considered to be “unsatisfactory” overall, with less than 25% of providers falling into this category, compared with almost 50% last year.
